• All AuthorHouse e-books are in PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Reader v6.0 or higher is required to read the files. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, you can download it for free by visiting http://www.adobe.com/.
• Once your e-book order is complete, you will be directed to your receipt page.  At the bottom of the receipt page, you will find the link to begin downloading your e-book.
• You will not receive a hard copy receipt for your e-book purchase.  If you would like to keep a hard copy record of your purchase, please print the book store receipt page.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail from bkukorders@authorhouse.com once your purchase is completed. You may return to your receipt page at anytime via this e-mail.
• Each e-book purchase allows up to five (5) downloads.
• All e-books are printable.  If you are experiencing problems in an attempt to print all or part of your e-book please contact your technical support for your PC or printer.  AuthorHouse cannot provide technical support for these issues.
