Clipped is a story about four friends who are fed up with their lives and luck.

Determined to 'get theirs' the four embark on a dangerous journey into the dark and seedy world of organised crime.

After being reeled into a job none of them have any choice but to do, Alex Clay and his friends must pit thier wits against the more expierienced and equally dangerous hitman turned gangster Hans Diezan.

Full of action, street wit and downright dirtyness, Clipped will show you how four guys from the street fair when pitted against the roughest of the rough as well as making you laugh out loud when you really know you shouldnt.

I was born and raised on the Bransholme Council Estate in Hull , England .

After reading countless books and watching countless movies involving organised and in most cases dis-organised crime, i often thought it would be fun to read a story of that genre which took place in the City of my birth. So, after waiting a while i thought what the hell and decided to write one myself. I figured it would be fun to write some old school gangster story with some good old Hull humour thrown in the mix, so brace yourself.

After being unemployed and having spare time on my hands i decided to try and write a story, something i had wanted to do for a very long time. Being a fan of so many authors and so many stories over the years i could only dream to maybe one day aspire to writing the kind of books which have stopped me getting sleep for so many years, i know im not there yet - but hey i'll keep trying.

I work at Myer Wolff Solicitors in Hull, which has the best people you could ever wish to work with.

Im a big time Martial Arts enthusiast, i got my black belt at fourteen years old and ive been kicking and punching things ever since. Over the years i have become obsessed with Mixed Martial Arts and the world of cagefighting. I cannot get enough of the UFC. But having tasted a few elbows and knees i really think writing is a safer option.

So there you go, a few words about me , im not one to harp on so i'll end by saying  i hope you enjoy the book , and move to the left...i cant get a clear shot.

Diezan stopped laughing, he glanced at Tinka Leroy and Ed then back to Toothy ,’Now people I want you to know that this fine weapon is in fact the Walter PPK- designed by the German secret police, not the British as many people would have you think. It is a handy weapon which could easily fit into your wife’s handbag. It also has a good safety mechanism, handy when stuffing it down your pants I must say. After all we don’t want to blow our cock’s off do we now gentleman? But unfortunately its concealment comes at a price. Which are smaller bullets, 380’s to be exact-as opposed to the more favourable long colt 45’s. So the placement of the bullet is paramount’.

Diezan closes one eye; carefully aiming at Toothy’s screaming face. ‘Unfortunately for you my aim with this fine piece of machinery is better then my aim with a pool cue- tell Elvis I said hi’.

Four shots fired straight into Toothy’s face and head. Ed had his eyes closed, the quite sound of the carefully placed shots reminded Ed of stones being thrown in to the sea. The gunshots had left a smell. The smell reminded Ed of burned plastic. This was because the bullets had gone through Toothy’s head and skull and ‘burned’ into the floor.

What once was a head was now a bloody mass of flesh bone and a few teeth. ‘Anyone for some water melon?’ Diezan laughed as he observed his own handy work. Ed took a swift look at Toothy’s head, the sight of just a complete mush of what was once a head repulsed him, it looked more like Toothy had a grenade go off in his head rather than being shot. Ed never knew bullets alone could do that to a mans head .Ed was now as white as a sheet. Why had Diezan let him witness this? ‘Right you guys, you know the drill- chop him chunk him and dunk him’.
