Personology for profiling has been used for many years. It has proved to be an invaluable tool to understand human behaviour, career assessment and relationships. Understanding who you really are by your genetic facial traits has opened up a new outlook on life for many people, as your face never lies. Finding out what your gifts and challenges are, has reduced stress in many people's lives as they now have positive direction and purpose. As regards finding your ideal partner, you will understand that looks although at first may appear to be important yet they are no bases to plan a long term relationship. Understanding the traits of your children and those around you will greatly improve your relationships. This information is not based on intuitive or psychic readings but is supported by scientific research and studies over the past 70 years with controlled studies and investigation programs making it the most validated method or system known to date with 92% accuracy. The system was discovered by the late Judge Edward V. Jones USA, validated by Personologist Robert Whiteside and further advocated by Personologist, Dr Paul B. Elsner. This system was pioneered and used with excellent results. This book has been prepared to present to the public valuable and accurate information that will be of positive benefit to all that may use this excellent tool.
Richard M Phelan is a certified personologist, born in the UK and has been researching and studying people for many years as well as mind control religious cults – since he was in his teens, he is now 57 years of age (2008). Richard was a graduate student of face language expert Naomi Tickle at the “International Centre of Personology” USA and a student of Dr Paul B Elsner at the “The Personology Foundation of the Pacific”. Richard uses the exact methods discovered by the late Judge Edward V Jones and personologist Robert Whiteside who carried out thousands of personal profiles validating the scientific system, which proved to be 92% accurate. Richard’s desire was to have a visual handbook to allow everyday people to easily understand and use this wonderful tool.
UNCONVENTIONAL and CONVENTIONAL
When an individual appears to always do the complete opposite to everyone else or what is accepted as the norm, they are referred to as “unconventional”. People who have this trait can be mild to extreme and it is identified when the inner corners of the eyes are not in line or level, as seen in the mug shots (Fig D and E). It may be only a millimetre or up to seven millimetres difference – but maybe even more. If individuals have this trait, they will tend to do the complete opposite to everyone else. They may come across as disruptive and not following the general flow of things. They are more judgmental, may find it difficult to conform and they hate having to do the same as everyone else. They like to see if they can do things an alternative way. They are, in fact, very creative by nature and come up with amazing ideas and have a flare for creative abilities because they desire to be different. Conventional people, as seen in Fig A, where the corners of the eyes are level, will tend to just go along with the flow and conform with little opposition or problem.
In one situation, where a man found himself in a court of law being accused of an offence, it was argued by the prosecutor that as everyone would normally do a certain thing, then this man must have followed the same path and therefore was automatically guilty. But on examining the man’s eyes, he was seen to have a very high score of being “unconventional”. The man’s explanation was, in fact, very reasonable and his behaviour was in fact typical of an unconventional person who would not have taken what was considered the normal course of action. The finding of this trait and presenting this information to the court saved him from what could have been an unjust sentence.

Hair thickness
Hair thickness is the person’s sensitivity. We call it the body insulation or temperament. The finer the hair the more sensitive the person is (Fig A following page). The coarser the hair the more it takes to upset them. We often refer to people as being thick skinned (Fig B). The difference is like two people going for a walk on a freezing cold morning. One has a thick warm coat while the other has a short-sleeved, thin, cotton shirt. The thicker the hair or insulation the greater the resistance to outside elements that could affect them or upset them. Coarse-haired people tend to be tougher: they love the outdoor life and don’t let things upset them, although underneath they could be very sensitive. Finer haired people will tend to get upset easily. In some people, if one side of the head has fine hair and other side has coarse hair, this is caused by asymmetry in traits, due to two very different parents. In some cases it will cause serious mood swings in sensitivity and response to others.
We often see celebrities and sports personalities who have thick, course hair, choosing a partner with the opposite. Let’s say, for example, a man chooses a woman with baby-fine hair who looks sexy and feminine. Yet eventually they split up and part. Why?
