About the Author

Fath Saelock is a Chinese-American.  Born in Laos and came to America at the age six.  Fath is the middle child, “Fath in the middle” of the family.  He has one older brother, one older sister, and two younger brothers.  He developed this unique and revolutionary health system base upon a technique his father taught him as a child.  For the last ten years, Fath, has applied the system on himself, friends, family, co-workers, and acquaintances with astounding success.  Fath came to realize that the system is so safe that even elderly, kids, even infants can use the system to stay healthy.  Fath has no degree in health because the body does not certify anyone, but he does understand and listen to the body.  Fath has lived up to an old saying, “physician heals thy-self”.

There is regular breathing and a special technique to breathing.  When you move and use lots of strength, your body needs oxygen and food for energy.  When you don''t breathe enough oxygen, you will start to get tired and sweat.  The body can not really speak and let you know what is wrong, but it can display symptoms to warn you it is being abused or neglected.  Oxygen is cooling in nature while carbon dioxide is heating in nature.  Do this experiment to prove it to yourself.  Stand close to a mirror and just blow at it and you will realize that you are blowing oxygen (cool) and not carbon dioxide (hot).  Now simulate the fogging of the mirror with your breathe, you will realize that it is the carbon dioxide (hot) air that is coming out not the oxygen (cool).

This is a breathing technique I came up with and it is very similar to the slow breathing technique.  You start inhaling minimally through the nose and fogging out maximally through the mouth.  Do it for five minutes if you are feeling tired, then you will regain your energy and stop sweating.  I know you were taught to inhale through the nose as much as you exhale through your mouth.  This breathing technique is old and does not work as well.
