Q. Dogg is the Whitest, Black, Asian, Mexican-American on earth. Brought up in the mid-upper area of a huge small city in the most northern southwest eastern part of the U.S., Q. Dogg holds his dignity high. He makes every attempt to be hated by the haters and liked by the likers. His advice, 'Don't be a hater.'
