As a Reiki healer and reflexologist Elizabeth Bailey has  broad knowledge in many subjects related to healing.  She has worked alongside conventional medical practitioners and has used her skills with a leading charitable healing organisation, which offers spiritual healing, counselling and support to anyone who is in need, particularly people coping with terminal illness. Her work has lead her to many other areas including, working with children in both specialist and independent schools.

 

Elizabeth also teaches in-depth relaxation and meditation and has produced her own CD.

There shouldn’t be any hard and fast rules for achieving anything ‘good’ in life, especially when it comes to healing.

 

The less tension there is in anything the more effective things can be, simply because there is less resistance.

 

We are human BE-ings not human DO-ings, and we all need to top up our energies everyday, and for the rest of our lives. When we learn to be open enough to discover our own mind, body and spiritual balance, it’s possible that we can live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives. Hopefully then, we can look back and realise just how far we’ve come in learning how to really live our lives to the full and accept that it’s O.K. to sit quietly and simply just to ‘be’.
