Dan Frank
Are You Confused?
is a collection of poetry and quotations gathered from throughout the author s life situations. Mainly dealing with feelings and thoughts during his adolescent years, it gives an idea of what many school children are thinking and facing. Many of the poems were written for other people to try to ease their minds through their life situations.
The author was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin on August 14, 1969. Mr. Frank attended Tremper Sr. High School where during English class he was assigned to write a poem in the last fifteen minutes of the class and then read it aloud. That was the beginning of the poetry that came out. The title of that poem was Roses In My Heart. Since that time he has written at least one poem a day to ease his mind or to put a smile on someone else s face. He currently is writing song lyrics, short stories and screenplays.
The Forward
From a life of darkness to a day of light
The minutes tell the story of an endless flight
The length of a second to the length of a year
Will never explain the reason for the endless tear
But the light that brings forth a beautiful sight
Is hope that lingers and the fantasies that might.
