Dr. Frost is a published author, lecturer and national workshop facilitator who has a thriving practice in Alternative Medicine in the greater Cleveland Area. He specializes in training health care professionals, corporate executives, school administrators, social and mental health workers and lay people on how to develop innovative skills in wellness and self care.
Dr. Frost has studied with Tai Ji master William Chen and Dan Inosanto, who was the heir to the Bruce Lee system Jeet Koon Do.
With his added internal practices, Dr. Frost acquired Fa Jing, a technique by which his Chi is projected out of the body into other things for healing and Martial Arts. He has won local and regional Martial Arts Championships from 1985-1994.
Dr. Frost is a certified member of the Chinese National Qi Gong Institute with over 25 years' experience in Asian healing science and movement arts. He has studied with renowned Taoist masters Mantak Chia and Hua Ching Ni. Dr. Frost is the founder of the American Association of Taoist Studies. This organization is dedicated to the application of natural living principles for achieving high level wellness. He has become well known on the North Coast for his instruction in Tai Ji. He brings an eclectic approach to integrative holistic health sciences and complimentary medicine.
