As a little girl, I loved to cook and would experiment using my brothers and sisters as my guinea pigs. Judging from their reactions, I think I had some talent. My mother was a hardworking single parent who worked long hours in her own restaurant business.
I cooked most of the meals for my brothers and sisters as we were growing up. Little did I know that cooking would be my gift to the people of this world. I never considered it work. For me it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to do what I most loved doing, cooking.
As time passed, cooking became my life and a wonderful way of expressing my creative nature.
