About the Book

It is the awaking of mankind to the ethical truth of independence that this book is aimed at.  It identifies the problem of evolution to be the inability of people to accept their emotions. The establishment of the system that denies the emotions---tribalism---has been embraced up till now expressly because it keeps the emotions denied and therefore not a problem. I wish to show ‘the way’ that the emotions can be accepted in the framework of living in the truth of free will---independence. After all, living in independence is the ethical truth and it is tribalism that is the 'will denying', false ethics. In this ground breaking work I examine the situation that all of us find ourselves in and offer solutions to this predicament. The task before all of us is immense but then so are the rewards. In following this path I explain how you can be at peace within yourself by living in the moral truth of independence. If this path appeals to you this book gives you the information you will need to understand yourself and the people around you in no uncertain terms.

About the Author

For as long as I can remember I have held the notion that I could know everything. Growing up on a small farm outside of Chicago my childhood life was normal enough and didn’t involve much negative experience. Even then, however, at the age of seven I knew I would need philosophy to understand life and how it worked. I never thought that I would have to discover it for myself. I thought, at that early age, that philosophy was known and the way to be happy was all figured out.

After serving in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and beginning my adult life I rekindled my nearly forgotten desire for philosophy. I studied Ayn Rand for fifteen years and applied her ideas to my life but it wasn’t until I found God's channeled ideas that I got the whole picture of the human condition. Between these two sources and my own power of reasoning I hammered out a body of knowledge that cuts to the bottom line of the important issues man faces. I now live in a state of knowing the fundamental nature of life and consequently have found my happiness. My childhood premise of needing philosophy turned out to be true after all.

What is good?

The bottom line truth of what is good and what is evil can be stated as: good is the establishment of those conditions that allow for the individual to live in accordance with his nature----a free, feeling, thinking, soveirgn being.  Evil, then, is the obstruction of the individual to do this.

This translates into two different philosophies: the (psychologically) dead philosophy of tribalism on the one hand; and the living philosophy of independence and free will on the other hand. The requirements of man’s nature demand the philosophy of independence to be upheld for his fulfillment. The truth of the philosophy of tribalism exposes it to be the false philosophy, abhorrent to the well being of man--- it’s actually a system designed to kill the will/feelings because it then eliminates the need to deal with the emotions of fear, rage and grief that reside in each of us.

I said earlier that the predominant philosophy the world over is power-trip tribalism. This philosophy has roots that go way back through history to its beginning and has had dominance all of this time in all societies of the peoples of earth. This is not surprising to learn if you realize that the creation’s evolution man is engaged in is that of will denial i.e. denial of the feelings. It is exactly the truth of the philosophy of independence that was denied because this is the philosophy that allows for the will/feelings. Tribalism has always been accepted and is accepted to this day exactly because it denies the will/feelings.

Logically then, if you begin to practice the philosophy of independence you are allowing your will to come out of denial since the will is so related to ethics. This is great news because it shows the way to heal the self: Uphold the ethics of independence and this will allow the will to live. However, there are two problems with this that needs to be looked at.........
