The Adventures of Jade and Meg
The stories are about two Jack Russell Terrier dogs, called Jade and Meg, who go away on a caravan holiday with their family. They meet some new friends in the woods, and save a fox being chased by hounds. They go exploring on a fishing boat, and help save an injured seal, they find on the beach. Jade and Meg also see the Queen at Windsor Castle, and they all laugh when Jade falls down a rabbit hole. They find a cardboard box in the river, and inside the box was a puppy. And so many more adventures.
Celia Shaw was born in St.Albans in Hertfordshire, and moved to Northamptonshire, where she was married. Celia has a son and daughter and a grandaughter, and now lives in Skegness in Lincolnshire with her husband, and her family lives nearby.
Celia worked in a nursing home, caring for the elderly, which she loved doing, until she retired. Now she likes to collect shells from the beach, to make things; she also designs greeting cards, and decoupage’s pictures, and loves writing stories.
Jade and Meg. the Jack Russell Terriers, are Celia’s own dogs, both rescued dogs, which gave her the idea to write The Adventures of Jade and Meg stories.
