Vicki Eskenazi lives in Roslyn, NY with her husband Howie, her son Mark and her little dog, Chester. Vicki taught Kindergarten and wanted to create a story for her children that were beginning to ask who, what, why and when questions. Vicki loves to garden and nurture vegetables and flowers of all kinds and watch them grow.
"My vegetable garden is the happiest place on earth," said Victor.

The stream that fed the vegetables was filled with rainbow trout that, everyday, splashed and wriggled and jumped about.
