This book is filled with every emotion from love, anger, happiness, sadness& faith. Each poem relates to an event in my life.While reading these poems you will feel as if you were experincing that certain emotion..It is bursting with feelings. This collection of poems were written during the years of 1996 until now. It reflects on my transition from teenager to woman. As an added bonus, at the end of the book there are examples of different types of poems such as limericks, cinquain, diamente and haiku poems.
I am a 27 year old wife and mother of 4. I am from Lafayette, Louisiana. I've been writing since the age of 13. My passion for writing comes from certain journeys in my life. My inspiration is Dr. Maya Angelou. This is my first book and I hope to publish short stories and childrens' books in the future.
