Professor Denny has just discovered a new fuel that will take him to a new planet called Moony, Moony. He is so excited about his experiment that he shares this information with his little friend,Chase. But one night the professor receives a warning letter to stay away from this planet. As you may guess, Professor and Denny become captives on an alien's rocket while Chase gets a glimpse of a purple eyed monster in the rocket's window. Charlene, who is the leader of Moony, Moony, states that anyone that sees these creatures will meet with death!!! Professor Denny tries to save Chase from the monster with the aid of a Moony, Moony robot . You must imagine what really happened to the professor and Chase as you read, "The Purple Eyes of Moony, Moony".
Sandra J. Koenig is a retired school teacher from Taylor, Michigan. She first wrote "The Purple Eyes of Moony, Moony" for an eighth grade homework assignment. (Remember to keep your projects; with luck YOU too may become an author!!!) She decided to edit the story with more updated detail for a project in college. Then she signed with Author House where her dream to publish the book came true!!! She hopes to add another chapter to Professor Denny and Chase's adventure in the near future. Her other hobbies include publishing her song entitled "If Heaven Does Exist", which she hopes to hear on the radio soon. But for now, she is happy to see the verses for the song as a poem in the Poetry.com. Finally, the most important aspect of Sandra is her excitement at being able to share her book with young readers .
When the professor came to there was a strange looking rocket ship in his home.
It was so huge it was pushing through the wall !!! It
was unlike any rocket he had ever seen..
Dizzy and still confused, the Professor tried to stand up. . He struggled with all his might but he could not move.
Then, lying in the darkness,
he heard a familiar voice .....
“HELP, HELP!!!”“HELP, HELP!!!”
Professor Denny called out, “Who’s there?”
“It’s me, Chase. Please help me. Something is holding me down. I can't move!!"
At fi rst the Professor didn’t answer. He was trying to figure out what was going on. It was gray and scary. And what was Chase doing here so late , calling for help?
But he realized that whatever was holding Chase down, was now holding him down too.
Finally, a light went on and Professor Denny and Chase could tell
they were both in a space rocket and each tightly strapped in a seat belt.
“LOOK, Professor, there is something looking through the window. “
It’s a STRANGE, PURPLE-EYED THING, and it’s looking right at me!!!
HELLLLLLP, HELLLLLLP !!!!!!!!” Chase wiggled in his seat to get out .... .what will happen next?
