Jeanne A. Glogowski
I LOVE DANCING is about a little girl who loves dancing so much so that people have a hard time getting her to stop. She dreams of tap, jazz, modern, ballet, hip hop, ethnic dance, and even dancing like animals. Color and rhythm encompass her world making the little readers want to move right along with her!
Jeanne Glogowski was born in Endicott, New York. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dance from State University of New York at Brockport and her Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Florida State University. Her career includes professional performance, choreography, and teaching for primary and secondary level educational institutions. From a young age, Ms. Glogowski always incorporated text and music into her choreography and actually wrote I Love Dancing as a child. As an adult who is diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, she appreciates movement and dance more every day. Keep your eye out for a future children’s book called The Magic Tap Shoe.
Her teachers try to tie her down, but her feet keep moving all around!
