Ms. Doris Ann Richardson
The Edguardo Stories provide practical, at times, humorous learning and life lessons, for parents -- young, experienced, and/or inexperienced, on how to guide and assist children in their navigation through life.
The Edguardo Stories help take much of the fear away from everyday/ordinary events, suggesting ways of coping with life occurrences, while maintaining its humor.
These practical, sensible life-lessons help build character, open, honest communication, and a life bond between parent and child.
As a parent for over 25 years, and an educator/counselor for better than 35, this author was raised in a small -- very small -- southern town in North Carolina.
The experience of growing up in that small town, receiving a quality education, and understanding the importance of same, helped shape this author's life and decisions. Farm life, wonderful memories with extended family members, in particular, having a wonderful mentor in a preacher grandfather, laid the foundation for service to others.
