My name is Marietta Divine, the purpose of me writing this book is to give women a different outlook on themselves. To let you know how worthy you are, not to put up with anything that is unnecessary, or continues to take you out of your comfort zone but most importantly, you must believe in YOURSELF! If you don’t believe in yourself, who will? You don’t have to worry about what people will say about you. They talked about Jesus so, who are we? As I am writing this book right now, I have dealt with the same uncertainties that you may be. But you will prevail BECAUSE YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS YOU! (Philippians 4:13) I am getting excited already, because I know that we as women are OVERCOMERS we were designed that way. The basis of this book is to help you realize that you are not alone and that many women go through the same situation that you may be facing. Maybe your downfall is men and you excel in every other area. Whatever your shortcomings are, you can and will OVERCOME them. I am not telling you what I have heard; I am telling you what I have OVERCAME. This is very interesting to me, because as I have written this book, I have reached many heights. Along the road I have lost friends, men, loved ones and most importantly myself because of a b.o.y. When I first began to write this book I was just writing and telling you what I had experienced in life. Even though I had the solution to many situations I didn’t believe everything that I was saying for the simple fact I had not begun to face my own fears yet. It took God to deliver me from myself and my past, so that I may be able to reach out to others.
