Likewise, Home Buying and Financing 101 also includes several excerpts from the "PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE LOAN OFFICERS' COURSE AND REFINANCE MANUAL" which was also designed, created and developed by Mr. Kovach and was taught at the "PROFESSIONAL LOAN OFFICERS' TRAINING CENTER" that was located in Southern California before its closure following the refinance boom that occurred in the early 1990's.
