Minister André Latham

Now is the best
time to 'get it right' with the principles and guidelines of spiritual leadership teaching. Many
of our heart felt leaders (from local
neighborhoods to international
podiums) are greatly impacted by the "sleeping
giant" of our society. The finest of our nation's spiritual leaders are
'stretching too thin' from the wear and tear of economical,
social, political and religious challenges. Too much time is
spent on who's who rather than reaching the souls of leaders
and imparting the wisdom and knowledge necessary to reach the souls
of the lost. Leaders may have what it takes to
teach others but need to learn how to execute teaching. It
takes much more than skill, talent and a certain look.
'The Truth is in The
Protocol' enhances spiritual awareness to leaders everywhere. It
will guide and redirect a leader in becoming greatly effective in local
leadership. The real mission at hand: to reach lost souls!
'The Truth Is In The Protocol':
a heart-felt talk to your spirit.
Andre' Latham, recognized as a"powerful teaching
leader" of both local and national communities, continues to dedicate her
time in training and preparing spiritual leaders everywhere to effectively
execute their role in leadership.
"Writing this book was not purposely in my plans, it just happened!
One night while studying the word of God and reviewing my personal notes in
meditation -I discovered I had a manuscript." ...One thing lead to
another...
Born and educated in Michigan, holding 4 professional degrees in health
science, 2 in cultural communication, Author Latham believes in utilizing
everything that God put in her to maximize the potential of other leaders- for this
is her spiritual call of duty.
Author Latham is an active Associate Pastor (leader of ministries) of
her local church assembly. Every leader that God sends out into the field to minister
to souls must have a spiritual covering to retreat.
She is Executive Director & CEO of a National Athletic Female Youth
Organization- 'Princess Of Promise', and very family oriented as she is a
loving mother of two God fearing sons.
We hear over and over again to ’wait on the Lord.' But really... how? What does
it really mean to wait? When people
say ‘wait on the Lord’- is it just encouragement
in passing to make you feel better? A form of consolation because people really
don’t know what else to say to match your suffering? 'Wait on the
Lord’ is said all of the time like hello and good-bye! Usually when
these words are said, there is no explanation of testimony to follow.
It is so important to learn the Word of God... rather than depending on the
confidence of encouraging words through man alone.
The word wait has biblical history which gives
understanding of what it means to completely trust God. ... To wait is a specific time frame reserved for tests and
trials.
While waiting on the Lord, you cannot
afford to get loose, unravel in belief, or unwind by giving up the promise. You
must stay tightly bound, braided in hope, knotted in belief, convinced and
wrapped up with the Lord, to bind your life with His. Like rope, strands are
stronger when bound tighter together leaving no room for the possibility of
coming apart. 'To Wait' means to pay very careful
attention to the detail of the will of God. -page 163
Plain and simple- Leaders are servants. This obligation is to be established in the heart of every
leader and this …is truth. Love rejoiceth in truth and the greatest
measure of love is sacrifice. You must understand, to serve is a love
obligation-
one of sacrifice. You don’t have to be the hero, …just be the servant. page 94-
…Although everybody will not go to
the next level, the space was truly
designed for everybody to fit.
