Paul E. Weathington
We have heard for years about " the Man on the Moon" or is it " the Man in the Moon"?Whichever it is,the little man on the moon is the stuff of bed time stories, myth and lore. " Where is the Man on the Moon " explores a little girl's pursuit of the elusive " Moon Man".Is he under a moon rock or is this just parental crock?
Mr. Weathington was born in Carrollton, Ga. He is an Atlanta attorney who has written over 20 children's books. " Where is the Man in the Moon " is his third formal publication.Mr Weathington derives much of his material from his 7 children ranging in ages from 5 to 22. He formed JuneKat Books, LLC in 2007. His other works may be seen and previewed at
www.junekatbooks.com.
But as I tried to go to bed, this little rhyme kept playing in my head:
" There is a little man who lives on the Moon. He lives all alone without fork or spoon. He smiles down on all the girls and boys, showering us with moonbeams as if they were toys. "
