Islam is examined as the religion of the future. The Principles of the “Oneness of the God” and “Oneness of the Man under the Law” are explored. The “Principle of Continuous Improvement” is demonstrated from the Quran in all physical and intellectual matters relating to humans. An example of this improvement is presented. Using the Principle of Continuous Improvement and the methodology recommended, a new Universal Calendar valid everywhere in space time continuum is proposed for the humans. This Calendar is based upon the internal human Biological Clock and the new hypothesis is proven from the Quran and Muhammad’s teachings in accordance with the methodology. Experiments are suggested to prove (or to disprove) that the current mechanism for the measurements of time, the current solar and lunar calendars, are stinting Human Evolution, thus violating the very Principle of Continuous Improvement.

The concept of Evolution for humans is further advanced. A new function called the Evolutionary Level (EL) is proposed to measure the affects of the new calendar based upon unperturbed internal human clock cycle and a new day (ND). Experiments are suggested to measure EL, and ND. Theological justification for such a change is provided.

A source of vast electrical energy is proposed to meet the perpetual requirements of the new calendar (Diagram 1). Those interested only in the scientific aspects of the human biological clock and the resulting calendar may proceed to Chapter VI.
