This book is about my thoughts on various topics or subjects. Some of it is fact and some of it is fiction, it's really how the reader interperts things! lol! These poems are not hard to understand and are easy to read. There are 32 poems plus bonuses selected from my archives that represent 32 years of learning on God's green earth. Although some readers may find some of the material controversial or a bit weird, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It is what it is. I hope you enjoy! Peace!
I am a husband and father of two young girls. I currently reside in Capitol Heights, Maryland and work for Verizon Communications. This will be my first book published under my pen name TonyWright, which was aquired my freshman year in college some years ago. I have been writing poems for a while now and have even submitted two of them to Poetry.com website. I also submitted some as a "Daily Motivator" to friends and family via e-mail. As far as experience as an author- well, your not experience unless you do it, right?

Live Out Your Life
What is the true meaning of LOYL
Is it Live Out Your Life like your royal
Or is it the Love of Your Life
And it isn't your wife
Or is it riding for the cause despite confused minds and broken hearts
No, I think LOYL is more straight forward than tattoo marks
It’s much bigger on the Grandest scale of Kingship
Live Out Your Life can be rougher than our ancestors coming off slave ships
Onto a land where your life can be brought and sold for pennies on the dollar
You must Live Out Your Life and not falter
Life can be granted from a single DNA strand
Live Out Your Life and don’t be afraid to party like a New Orleans MardiGra band
To your own rhythm of life, love and the pursuit of happiness
So strive and Live Out Your Life like the Sounds of Blackness
And then hopefully at that time you will have someone to share that moment with
When you reach the pinnacle of LOYLNESS
