My name is Patrick Cunningham and this is my first book. Although I have been writing adventure- horror stories since I was 12 years old I have never really done any thing with them until now. The inspiration for after midnight came to me at home one night when i was doing my home work, and almost like i was posessed these stories started pouring out. The book is a series of short stories centred around the four main characters. I don't give any real descriptions of the characters so the reader can use their own imagination and make believe that they are that character. I just set up the stories to trigger your imagination and take you on a roller coaster ride into madness and mayhem. These stories were written just for fun over twenty years ago and here they are almost published. It's been a real joy writing over the years and i hope you will enjoy reading them as much as i did writing them. I live in Ireland surrounded by myth and legend and i'am already hard at work writing volume two and it's slowly coming together very nicely.
