Marian Lloyd-Caldwell
Dancing Watermelon Babies is a delightful romp, exuding all the joy and wonder that a toddler or young child could possibly express. The fun, yet simple language is full of action and joy, and the author carries her excitement from beginning to the end.
Mr. Mouse's Good Deed is a wonderful story about friendship and the sacrifices which we gladly offer in love and joy. Without being silly or didactic, the author conveys this message well in a straight-forward and simple style and it wraps up nicely with the two thought-provoking questions in the end.
