Remember as a child the excitement of unwrapping your first cricket bar? A reall ball? You then trained your body to use them. Try as you might, somehow you struggled to master all the aspects of the game. Why?
Most sports people use their minds against themselves, limiting their physical skills by not training their mental skills.
Your results in cricket depend on using your mind effectively. It plays the most important element in the degree of success and joy you can achieve.
A Mind 4 Cricket is written for players of all levels, coaches and those involved in cricket to learn proven methods using a step-by-step approach. It is full of practical examples and exercises you can adapt to make huge leaps forward in your performance and your life.
Written by a Clinical Hypnotherapist, this is possibly the only published work around dedicated for cricketers to improve their potential by using mental skills training.
Always being involved in sport, Paul Maher started his career in the health & fitness industry over twenty years ago as a Health Club Manager and Trainer.
