Sofie Michelsen is a Norwegian and Scandinavian author. She is borned in 1983 in Norway. Sofie is a Norwegian citizen, but lives nowadays in Sweden.

Sofie is a Master Degree student in Science of Business and Economics at the world famous university, Lund University of Sweden. She has also studied chemistry, philosophy and politics at University of Oslo.

She has a lot of experience and knows the Scandinavian cooking very well. You can take part of all this in this book!
