In the Olympic Games where today every micro region on the face of the earth called nation is represented, during the performance of the national anthems, each of those nations, with the embarrassing exception of the African countries, performs in the language of their people. Think about that. Don’t you find it disturbing to the mind that an African country said to be sovereign performs its national anthem in some non-African language?
How much respect should the African frankly expect from the non-African world as he still exhibits himself under a non-African identity long after he is said to be independent?
