CHAPTER ONE
WHAT ARE FREE WEIGHTS?
Free weights are barbells and dumbbells used to build and tone your muscles; (invented many years ago) and with continued research and study there is also the discovery of steel weights, sand, water, chrome and rubber weights.
Free weights will benefit you with great results regardless of what they are made of. The reason being, weight is weight and resistance is resistance. The big difference is when there’s a push or pull movement. The same matter goes for training done with free weights.
