About the Book

This book shows a life--- Jesus--- that had many unique challenges and the decisions that were made in this life. Each decision that a person makes enhances the essence of that individual--- but the decision is an individual one. Jesus had no road maps or inspirational books to lead him. He went on a new premise of life--- love.

Most of us know the journey of Jesus during his ministry--- but what about the decision to make the journey. How did he face these moments of enlightenment and challenge? What Jesus did was make choices. It was choices that would affect his life. This book takes a look at the spirit and heart of Jesus. Times for him were a challenge in just living. He lived with the heart and compassion of love. He discovered that love was more than just the physical and rituals at an alter. How was he to live in the context of what he was discovering?

How did God finally connect with his creation? There was a point that God did not know how we (humans) felt. (The only way to feel was to become one of us.) Each decision that one makes seems quite overwhelming in the moment--- how did Jesus see these things happening to himself? This book is about that journey of growth and knowledge. This book is about our journey and growth--- change the name of Jesus and put your name in his place.

About the Author

What I write about is life. I use words like an artist uses a palette full of wonderful colors. She has many colors to choose from to describe what she is painting. And I use words to color what the reader will see. My writings inspire readers to use their imagination. My life has been filled with challenges and how I accepted them? I have taken each challenge with courage and great joy--- even the most difficult challenges. I believe that without my challenges I could not grow. And what is quite incredible is that I do have a choice in my life--- I can accept or reject my challenges. I make choices that affect my life. I believe that it is the process of the decision that is vital to each of our lives. When we live our lives with passion then our lives are transcended to a higher level of living. My life is one of passionate living and I live in the here and now. And what I wish for you is to live each day of your life with passion.

"Jesus?"

"Yes." replied Jesus.

"Do you understand love?"

"No." replied Jesus.

"Jesus... I want you to share a story with me."

"What about?" asked Jesus.

"Life... in general... treatment of others... feeling of warmth."

"But you have all the answers." said Jesus.

"Perhaps I wish to hear what you have to say on the subjects I listed."

"Are my answers important?" asked Jesus.

"I would not ask you if I didn't think your answers were important to me."

"God?" asked Jesus.

"Yes, Jesus."

"What if I say something wrong to someone or offend someone?" asked Jesus.

"Then you correct the error."

"Well... what I really... want to say is... what if I say or do something that offends you?" asked Jesus.

"What do you think I would do?"

"Ummm... ahhh... I think... welll... you might kill me." said Jesus.

"Jesus, why would I do that to you?"

"Because you don't tolerate when someone does something out of your rules." said Jesus.

"We will talk further."

Sometime later Jesus reflects on his conversation with God. He now was sure of God's presence. 'But how did this came about?' thought Jesus. He framed his question in his thought, 'How does anything come about?' thought Jesus. The answers were not clear and forth coming. Who had these answers? A smile crossed his face as this thought came to him, 'Time and people have the answers. But how does time work into the factor of the knowledge of God? Perhaps it is the existence of living that we have the opportunity to seek God.' The motion of birds soothed him in a pleasant moment. The sun seemed friendlier today--- not hot and forceful but a friend.

"Jesus?"

"Yes, God." responds Jesus.

"Your insights are putting you on the right track."

"You mean... my insights that love is an action." said Jesus.

"Yes."

"Showing love is a tough act to complete." said Jesus.

"Why?"

"How can I love a Roman when he kills my friend?" asked Jesus.

"You don't love the results of a misguided action... you love who that individual is in the universal creation."

"What!" exclaims Jesus.

"Let me put it this way. You love me for who I am. Right?"

"Right." replied Jesus.

"And I love you for who you are."

"Okay." said Jesus.

"Now, none of those two statements involved anything that you did or will do. Right?"

"Right." said Jesus.

"I created each one of you."

"Yes." said Jesus.

"What I did not do was tell you what actions you would take in your life. Or what things you would do to other people. I left that up to you. I may not like some of the actions you take but that does not stop me from loving you... the being that is named Jesus. Your actions may be interpreted to who you are for that is what each one of you confuse... action is who you are and not what you are. Love is an action."
