Katherine grew up in the Chicago suburbs. She attended The Ohio State University in Columbus and majored in psychology. While residing in Ohio, she completed her first book, Reflective Meditation. She is currently living in Kentucky and follows her true passion of writing. Her words come from her heart to help one make sense of this oftentimes confusing world in which we live.
Two-way prayer is the process of our thoughts being received by God and God sending a response back which we receive in our thoughts. The same way in which we can receive audible sound waves through our ears or receive images through our eyes we can receive thoughts within our thoughts. Whenever we receive an answer to our question through spontaneous knowledge, insight or understanding, just as if it were our own thought, we are experiencing two-way prayer or two-way communication.
Reflective Meditation is not only two-way prayer, but more! It is a technique that we can use to gain insight into our own lives, insight into the problems that we may be dealing with and inner peace by taking control of our lives based upon our new understanding.
