About the Book

My book is an autobiography about a period of my life when my whole world changed, some of it for the better, some of it for a lot worse, but through all of it, I have learned much about myself and am a better person as a result. I hope you will enjoy the book, and take away with you warm feelings and emotions and a renewed positive attitude toward life.

About the Author

My name is Vivienne Boulton, fifty-six years old living in West Sussex, United Kingdom. I first wrote part of this book about ten years ago, when my life had changed dramatically as the result of an affair. I subsequently found I had breast cancer and wanted to keep a record of what was happening to me. My nature is that of a positive person, fun, loving, and caring. It dawned on me that a lot of what I was experiencing was what others were going through as well, and I may be able to help, drawing on my own experiences and coping skills. I have learned much about myself, and I am now an experienced hypnotherapist giving others cancer support, knowledge for self- help, and coping strategies.
