About the Book

The book reviews two current issues that are the world’ top priorities: overpopulation and genetic deterioration. Nations and the United Nations deal with the problem of overpopulation and take measures to reduce population with various methods, from birth control, fertility reduction, and sterilization. Eugenicists assert improvement of quality of humans by introducing positive eugenics and negative eugenics. The book reviews all these issues in the light of their ethical, moral, and legal frameworks.

About the Author

Dr Ahmed M. YOUSIF obtained his master degree in information systems engineering in the University of Birmingham(UK) and Ph.D(Eng) in the University of Bradford(UK). He has several publications in his field, published in international journals of electronics and telecommunication. He worked for the International Telecommunication Union in Geneva-Switzerland as well as chief of communication at the United Nations Headquarters in Newyork. He is the author of two autobioghraphy books in Arabic language (Beirut 2011 and 2012 Lebanon). He is the author of” the Universe-reflections” published by Authorhouse 2014
