This book tells the stories about my upbringing, my own experiences, and things my people and I endured every day in urban America.

About the Author

The author, Danielle Calhoun is a 30 years old, born in Middletown Ohio and raised in Cincinnati. After being shuffled through 17 foster homes, at 17 she was headed to Marysville prison to do a 9 year prison sentence. She now lives in Hamilton Ohio, working on poetry to tell her stories in volumes. This book tells stories about her upbringing, own experiences and things people and her endured in everyday Urban America.
