The book is the author's Cameroonian memoir. It is based on true stories and nothing but the truth of what happened in the author's life while living in Cameroon. From the time the author can remember, she live a regular life, and went on to graduated from elementary school. Then on the second year of middle school, the author's life began to take a turn of sexual rape and repetition of similar extreme events, one after another. Because of these sexual events, the author became pregnant and moved back to attend the middle school of her home town which is where she met her husband and they got married and moved to America to supposedly live happily ever after.

About the Book

About the Author
Azira Ndjassue now resides in America where she founded and ran a cleaning service for twenty-eight years. She is currently going back to school to pursue a degree in international business law. She also has plans to write more books in the future, the content of which will be African folk tales inspired by legends that her mother used to educate Cameroonian people.
