About the Book

The exercises in this book deal with common errors which are committed by students of English Language. The solutions to the exercises should be used by the students to verify the correctness of their own answers. It contains 20 varied exercises with answers at the back. To aid understanding, it features 200 vivid illustrations – each question is written alongside an image. It draws attention to structuring sentences with the correct use of: prepositions, conjunctions, present tense, past tense, perfect tense, continuous tense, auxiliary and main verbs, nouns, relative and reflexive pronouns, comparatives and superlatives, singular and plural, spelling and more. The book is useful for secondary school pupils, adult students and learners, as well as ESOL and EAL students and learners. School pupils especially will benefit immensely from improving their literacy early in life. Students of other fields of study will also benefit from ‘Correct English in 24 Hours’ in order to improve their English Language skills. This publication is also a useful resource for teachers of English Language to analyse the grammatical aspects in each sentence with their learners. Even in countries where English is the first language, native speakers, especially school children still need help with their grammar and literacy.
