About the Book
In the land of Afercoda it only rains at night, so they days are long and beautiful. And, it is home to one very special and enormous tree. For some strange reason, electronics like computers, cell phones, and such do not work near this tree. So all those around, whole families and friends, actually have fun while talking to each other, picnicking, reading, and playing a lot of different games. As the children’s imaginations run wild, the tree’s caretaker, JJ Jeeb, looks on with pride—and often he joins in the fun. He loves his job caring for the tree, and he works hard at making it a special place for kids and adults alike. About the Author
Euretta Sorenson has been a registered nurse for forty years and has worked with people of all ages from newborns to one hundred years old. Sorenson was born, raised, and currently lives in Minnesota.
