About the Book

Daddy’s Little Warrior is a story of inner strength and courage; it’s about realizing the inner self and embracing and nurturing the inner warrior within us. The story deals with a group of friends who are on the path of discovering the inner warrior within them. It’s about life and change, the role change plays, and its necessity in one’s life. It also talks about the significance of having warrior-like qualities. It’s a story of simple and ordinary people who have dreams, hopes, and ambitions. It’s the journey of seven friends, with Isabel and Sophie being the main protagonists, who face challenges of life in their own way. And with the help of their friends—Sasha, Ajax, Belleza, Zoe, and Zephyr—the journey becomes more fun and interesting. These people believe in coming out of their comfort zone and facing their fears. Also, they don’t like to stress much, or as Sasha would say, “There’s a fun way to learn the most difficult lesson of life too.” They call themselves the modern-day warriors and can do crazy things at time. About the Author

Shreyasta Samal is a master’s student pursuing information and communication systems at TU Chemnitz, Germany, and is originally from busy and always-active Mumbai, India. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. She’s passionate about life, travel, technology, and food and reveals that writing has been her passion and companion from childhood. From writing funny articles in children newspapers to narrating and writing plays during school, she has always enjoyed storytelling. What she really enjoys about writing is the challenge to create something new and different forms of stories and, at the same time, blend it creatively to make a complete and engaging story. She also likes to read a lot of nonfiction, fiction, and tech-related articles and looks forward to writing more fiction and sci-fi stories. In her free time, she likes to write blogs, has recently taken up making apps, likes to keep herself updated with the latest technology, and cooks for the soul. And, at home in India, she loves spending time and having fun with her siblings and family.
