If you opt to purchase your publishing package outside of the AuthorHouse shopping cart, please submit the order forms for the package and payment for services selected via postal mail or fax. When you're ready, submit your work in an acceptable format.  To read the order forms and agreements, you'll need Adobe Acrobat.
