About the Author

Gillena Cox lives in St James, Trinidad, in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. She is a retired library assistant and an amateur writer and photographer dabbling in poetry and children’s stories. Her hobbies are taking nature photos as well as blogging, writing, and interacting within online poet communities. She was born in 1950. She was married in 1971 and is a mother and grandmother. Her favorite dessert is rum-and-raisin ice cream.
