About the Book

Everyone is born with the potential to be GREAT. The author uses the acronym G.R.E.A.T to describe keys to unlocking the greatness within. She draws from her own personal stories to illustrate the application of the keys to greatness.

Self Coaching questions are used to help you to introspect, reflect and take actions. This journal format will enable you to articulate your goals and aspirations and come up with action plans to achieve them. As you answer the coaching questions and come up with action plans you empower yourself to make the necessary changes that you want in your life to unlock your greatness. About the Author

Tshepiso was born and grew up in Soweto, South Africa. She is a passionate inspirational speaker, an adept facilitator and coach who inspires people to discover and pursue their purpose. She holds a Masters in Coaching & Behavioural Change, an Honours Degree in Dramatic Arts, and furthered her studies in HR, Training and Development, and Industrial & Organisational Psychology. She has vast experience as a Leadership Development Specialist and People Development Manager. She is the Founder and Director of Ahang Human Potential, a leadership and coaching organization. She is a co-author of Voices of Inspiration. She wrote and directed a theatre play called Die Empty. Through this book she hopes to inspire the people around the world to unlock the greatness within and die empty.
