I don't know where or how to begin... This has been on my mind for months. This mind-boggling, sleep-depriving onslaught of thoughts. An anxiety for ages, curiosity-filled vaults. A what-to-do, how-to-go-about mentality of sorts. A non-stop flight of dreams but a nightmare of destinations. Peaceful wondering of what more-to-come cynical sensations. An observation to say the least, "this" eats at you readily. And as much as I absorb, my spongy heart hangs heavily. For I will not let it hang anymore, truth be told. I have kept my mouth shut for too long, time to be bold. I can no longer be at peace with my mystery untold. I refuse to let it die, this history is not old.

About the Author
Born and raised on Chicago’s south side, Ali grew up the youngest of six children and developed a work ethic from his always-keeping-busy homemaker mother and his never-take-a-day-off workhorse father. He studied chemistry in college and is proud to have completed the Chicago Marathon in 2013. He is an uncle of over a dozen nieces and nephews. In his spare time, Ali enjoys traveling, cooking, biking and considers himself a master ping pong champion.
