About the Book

The owl gazed at Reggie, who by now was totally captivated by the presence of the creature. The owl rocked its head from side to side, as it peered down between the swaying branches at him. Suddenly it took to its wing and flew a short way along the foot-path, leading Reggie further away from the canal tow-path. Settling on the branch of another tree a little farther on, it stared back at Reggie, now obsessed with the creature— it, seeming to want him to follow it. He became curious of the owl’s appearance and presence. Though it had moved away from the light, its eyes still shone brightly. The owl continued to move further along the path-way, with Reggie’s insatiable curiosity requiring him to follow it— he, continually being led away from the tow-path by the creature.

About the Author

The author’s main objective continues to adhere to his plan to try and help the creatures and people of our planet. Conflict is chosen rather than rational dialogue in disputes; the trends on Earth continuing to descend deeper into violence, as confrontation within societies fragment into smaller dependencies rather than promote unity. Encouraging signs appear now that at last recognise humanity’s effect on our world’s environment, as climate and human catastrophic events sweep across the globe—not only destroying food harvests, but desecrating their crop areas. The theme of this book; The Purlieusian Encounter, the seventh in the series ‘A Voyage to Infinity’, continues to expand on the author’s suppositions of the life beyond offered in previous books. Their introductions seek to provide clues, which it is hoped will help people to view life logically; imagine how spirits might evolve while travelling across several physical planes similar to Earth in search of essential truths. He persists in his belief that the demise facing humanity can only be addressed by a united world, and remaining dedicated towards our Maker’s doctrines, endeavours to maintain a vigilant regard for His Ten Laws to guide his life.
